1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You must request a return or exchange within 1 working day of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team at admin@mixedemotionsofficials.com.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return request form.

2. Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected by our quality control team.
  • If your return is approved, you can choose between:
    • A replacement/exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or
    • A refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 3 working days of delivery.
  • You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue before a replacement is approved.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
